Making a sentence negative with 'don't'
منفی کردن جمله با «don't»

Put 'don't' before the action word: I don't want sugar.
«don't» را پیش از کلمهٔ کار بگذار: I don't want sugar.

With he/she it becomes 'doesn't': He doesn't eat meat.
با he/she می‌شود «doesn't»: He doesn't eat meat.

'I would like' is the polite way to say 'I want' in a shop or restaurant.
«I would like» شکل مؤدبانهٔ «I want» در دکان و رستوران است.
گوشت خوک نمی‌خورم.
ترتیب دری: گوشت خوک — نمی — خورم
لطفاً یک پیاله چای می‌خواهم.
Dari adds 'نمی' inside the verb. English keeps a separate word 'don't' before the verb.
دری «نمی» را داخل فعل می‌آورد. انگلیسی کلمهٔ جدا «don't» را پیش از فعل می‌گذارد.
Asking about halal food is normal
In the US, Canada and Europe it is completely normal to ask 'Is this halal?' or say 'I don't eat pork.' Restaurant staff hear this every day and are not offended.
در امریکا، کانادا و اروپا پرسیدن «Is this halal?» یا گفتن «I don't eat pork» کاملاً عادی است. کارمندان رستوران هر روز این را می‌شنوند و ناراحت نمی‌شوند.
