If your child is sick, call the school in the morning before class starts. You can say: 'My son/daughter is sick today and will not come to school.' Keep any doctor's note in case the school asks for one after several absent days.

'Will' for what happens next
«Will» برای آنچه بعد می‌شود

Use 'will' + the plain verb to talk about the near future: 'He will come back Monday.'

'Will not' can be shortened to 'won't': 'She won't come to school.'

For sickness, say 'is sick' (now), not 'will be sick'.
برای مریضی الان، بگو «is sick»، نه «will be sick».

Dari often uses the same verb form for now and soon; English separates them clearly with 'is' (now) and 'will' (soon).
