If a child is lost, tell a police officer or shop worker: age, height, hair colour, and clothes. 'My son is six. He has black hair and a red jacket.'

Describing words come before the person word
کلمهٔ توصیف پیش از نام می‌آید
- 1.
English: describing word first, then the thing — 'a tall man', 'black hair'.
انگلیسی: اول کلمهٔ توصیف، بعد چیز — «a tall man»، «black hair».
- 2.
You can also say it after 'is': 'He is tall.'
می‌توانی بعد از «is» هم بگویی: «He is tall.»
- 3.
Describing words never take -s: 'two tall boys', not 'talls'.
کلمات توصیف -s نمی‌گیرند: «two tall boys»، نه «talls».
او قد بلند است.
او موی سیاه دارد.
ترتیب دری: او — موی — سیاه — دارد
Dari says 'موی سیاه' (hair black). English says 'black hair' — the describing word comes first.
دری «موی سیاه» می‌گوید. انگلیسی «black hair» — کلمهٔ توصیف اول می‌آید.
