For yes/no questions, the small verb jumps to the front: You are ready → Are you ready?
برای سوال بلی/نی، فعل کوچک به اول جمله می‌آید: You are ready → Are you ready؟

With most verbs you add 'Do' at the front: You speak English → Do you speak English?
با بیشتر فعل‌ها «Do» را به اول اضافه کن: Do you speak English؟

Question words: what, where, when, who, why, how.
کلمات پرسشی: what (چه)، where (کجا)، when (کی)، who (کی)، why (چرا)، how (چطور).
- 4.
In English your voice goes up at the end of a yes/no question.

Questions are not rude
In the US and Canada it is normal and polite to ask questions — at the clinic, at school, at work. Asking does not make you look uneducated.
در امریکا و کانادا پرسیدن سوال عادی و مؤدبانه است — در کلینیک، مکتب و کار. پرسیدن نشانهٔ بی‌سوادی نیست.
